Payments, Scheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Payments

Payment methods will be determined by the Relationship Coach and may include credit or debit card, PayPal, and other electronic forms of payment.

Payments set on a monthly schedule will be charged every month on (or shortly after) the same day as the initial payment (“Payment Date”).

Client is responsible for any changes in payment. Client will contact Relationship Coach to change their payment information and Relationship Coach will provide a method in which the credit or debit card can be updated. Client is responsible for any fees charged to Client or Coach as a result of any chargeback, NSF, or other fees related to insufficient funds or canceled payments. (Client may also be charged a late fee if a payment is not made at the scheduled time.)

Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

1) All coaching sessions are approximately 90 minutes long via Zoom.

2) Individual Sessions will be scheduled by Client via designated scheduling link each month after payment is tendered.

3) The Client agrees to show up on time or contact the Relationship Coach via the designated messaging platform.

4) Arriving late will reduce your session time, it will not extend your session time.

5) If any Client is more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late for a coaching session, the session will be canceled and may not be rescheduled.

6) Sessions canceled by Client are not subject to reschedule and may not be refunded.

Refund Policy

1) Refunds are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to a scheduled session, or if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own circumstances.

2) For coaching packages, you may request a refund for unused sessions if you withdraw from the program, provided you notify us in writing within [insert reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of your decision. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, minus a [insert percentage, e.g., 5%] processing fee.

3) Refunds are not available for sessions already completed or for no-shows.

4) Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or digital wallet).

5) Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6) If your Stripe balance is insufficient to cover a refund (e.g., due to a negative balance), the refund will remain pending until funds are available, per Stripe’s standard process.

7) If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [insert email or contact method] with relevant details (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) within [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of the transaction. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve the issue promptly.

8) For unresolved disputes, Stripe’s dispute resolution process will apply, which may result in a refund or chargeback.
